ARTICLES ENVIATS PER CORREU ELECTRÒNIC

Aquest article ha estat enviat directament des d’un client de correu electrònic a l’adreça que especifiqueu en l’apartat Configuració > Correu electrònic > Adreça Envia-a-Blogger. D’aquesta manera, no cal que editeu el bloc per publicar articles, o bé podeu reenviar directament correus que tingueu. Aquests correus poden incloure imatges. Podeu escollir entre la possibilitat que els correus electrònics es publiquin immediatament o que es desin com a esborranys de missatges.

WEB 2.0

El concepte Web 2.0 es refereix a una evolució dels serveis Web, basats, sobretot, en el treball col·laboratiu com wikis, treball en xarxa, compartir fotografies, documents... I també al fet de poder executar aplicacions en línia, sense necessitat de tenir-les instal·lades en el nostre ordinador.

De fet, els serveis Google presentats fins ara ja responen a aquesta nova filosofia del Web 2.0. Però en aquest article vull esmentar dues petites perles:

  • el Photoshop Express: servei que, un cop donats d'alta, ens permet fer els retocs bàsics a les nostres imatges amb l'única necessitat de tenir una connexió a internet. Abans d'utilitzar aquest servei cal llegir la lletra petita, perquè qualsevol imatge que nosaltres retoquem utilitzant aquesta aplicació, passa a estar a disposició d'Adobe. Cal dir, també, que abans de donar-se d'alta es pot testejar l'aplicació.
  • la segona perla també és de la casa Adobe. En aquest cas és un conjunt d'eines interessants que podem trobar sota el nom acrobat.com. Es tracta d'un processador de textos amb capacitat de compartir documents, una aplicació per compartir l'escriptori amb altres usuaris, una aplicació per crear documents pdf, una aplicació per enviar documents i un disc dur virtual de 5Gb.

    Val la pena conèixer aquestes aplicacions. Ambdues ens poden servir com a complement per preparar material per als nostres blocs.

GOOGLE PAGES

El servei Pages de Google està destinat a crear pàgines web d'una forma molt senzilla. A nosaltres ens pot servir, a part de crear aquestes pàgines, per emmagatzemar arxius de Word i enllaçar-los des del nostre bloc. Fer-ho des del Google Pages ens permet que, en fer clic sobre l'enllaç que creem al bloc, s'ofereixi la possibilitat d'obrir el document o desar-lo (cal recordar que amb el Google Docs se'ns obria el document en una pàgina web).

Els arxius pdf s'obriran amb el navegador utilitzant el plugin de l'Acrobat Reader i, des d'aquesta pàgina, tindrem l'oportunitat de desar el document.

Per enllaçar documents Word hem de procedir com segueix:

  • obrim la sessió de Google Pages (servei en anglès),
  • pugem el document que nosaltres vulguem (upload),
  • un cop carregat, fem clic sobre el document amb el botó secundari del ratolí i copiem l'enllaç,
  • aquest és l'enllaç que hem d'utilitzar en el nostre bloc.

Tot seguit, podeu comprovar la diferència de fer l'enllaç a un mateix document a través del Google Docs o del Google Pages:

DOCUMENTS WORD (doc)

Els documents de Word funcionen igual que els arxius PowerPoint. Per tant, es poden seguir els mateixos criteris que en l'article anterior. En aquest cas, però, quan publiquem tenim l'opció de col·locar l'arxiu al bloc directament, amb l'opció Comparteix > Publica com a pàgina web > Publica al bloc. Això ens transmet el text com a un nou article del bloc. També podem utilitzar l'enllaç que se'ns dóna a Comparteix > Publica com a pàgina web > Publica el document per veure el document en format web. Si el que volem és enllaçar l'article perquè qui vulgui se'l pugui descarregar, hem d'utilitzar un altre servei de Google: el Google Pages. Llegiu el proper article...
